At Charlotte Stone, we want your feet to feel as good as they look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure your shoes are tried on indoors on a carpeted surface to keep them eligible for a full refund.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your shoes in their original Charlotte Stone box.
Drop Off Package
Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair.
